headspace Albany is a dedicated youth mental health service supporting young people aged 12 to 25 in Albany and the surrounding Great Southern region of Western Australia. Operated by Youth Focus and part of the national headspace network, the center offers free and confidential services tailored to meet a young person’s needs across mental health, physical health, substance use, and vocational challenges. With a welcoming, youth-friendly environment and recently expanded facilities, headspace Albany is a safe space to seek support—whether in person, by phone, or online.
